Choosing the right Moisturizer
As we all know, moisturizers are used to make the skin smoother, softer and cleaner. There are thousands of moisturizers out in the market from branded moisturizers to locally-made ones. Usually, it comes in the form of hand and body lotions. If you look at the label of these products you will see that each of them claims that it can moisturize the skin.
But before you spend your money on these products you might be surprised to know that you can make your own moisturizer at home. The usual ingredients that are used in moisturizing products are vitamin E oil, avocado oil, MoiLanolin and jojoba oil. All are said to be natural ingredients of the best moisturizer. You should take time in buying moisturizers and make sure that the one you buy is suited to your skin type. Using the wrong moisturizer can cause redness, itchiness or allergic reactions.
It is best to use moisturizers after toning and cleansing. If you have an oily skin then better use light-liquid moisturizer. Do not use thick creams or moisturizers because it will just make your skin more oily and sticky. Moisturizers are best for dry skin because it retains the natural oil in the skin making it smoother. It can also protect the skin from elements that can cause harm to the skin.
Though, you must take note that there are cheaply-priced moisturizers and usually these contain harmful products. It is better to buy moisturizers from trusted brands because the ingredients used are very well tested.
